近日，南海仲裁结果出炉，引起国际社会广泛关注。

针对南海问题，广东国际战略研究院太平洋岛国研究中心主任周方银教授在英国皇家国际事务研究所《国际事务》杂志2016年7月刊发表文章《Between assertiveness and self-restraint: understanding China’s SouthChina Sea policy 》。      （编者注：英国皇家国际事务研究所成立于1920年，是目前英国规模最大、世界最著名的国际问题研究中心之一。它与英国政府、企业、媒体和学术界均有着广泛的联系，对政府的外交政策有一定影响。该所主要出版两种刊物：《今日世界》和《国际事务》，前者侧重于当前的国际问题，后者侧重于国际问题的回顾和综合。）

广东国际战略研究院副秘书长、欧洲研究中心主任陈寒溪教授撰文《Europe has a choice on the South China Sea》，发表于《欧洲的世界》（Europe’sWorld）杂志（此杂志为欧洲范围内唯一独立的政策杂志）夏季刊。
